i LOVE this thing. the navi is extremely accurate and helpful. MP3 player is awesome as well as the DVD player, I just burn music vids and have them playing in the car. Its the first thing people notice when they get in my car, it gets a lot of comments

its just an ebay carbon fiber knob. The boot is custom made black leather with white stitching. Then i had to cut it up, tuck it in and zip tie it when I got my prelude shifter

the thing on top of my steering collum is the concealed unit for my v1 like jimmy said.

and im proud to announce that I finally cleaned up all those wires this past weekend

Thats damn nice Klept. Only if I had the dough.

Since I dont I'll stick with this: http://www.dsmiller.com/html/Electro...s-PLCM4235.htm

Nav LCD on the left side, DVD LCD on the right side.

I'm just worried like AS3.0CL said, that the Navi won't be accurate and hell if i'm going to pay that much to get lost!

i dunno about him, but its pretty damn accurate for me, when I pull into a driveway, the arrow on the unit even goes 90 degrees Ive been pretty much amazed by its accuracy, the only time it got kind of messed up was when I was looking for a store that was inside a marketplace, and since the roads that go through a marketplace arent named, it kept looping me around the block. You have to keep in mind that the nav DVD holds maps for the ENTIRE usa. Sure it might not get you to your friends exact front door that lives 600 miles away, but it'll get you on the right block.

I've been using a Garmin GPS device and it is usually acurate to around 30 feet, and half a block for an exact address. But, that is what the curb and building numbers are for. And yeah, if I turn into a driveway, my arrow goes 90 degrees. Worst case I've been off by half a block. But hell, if it gets me to the neighborhood, I'm there.

The in-dash navi/dvd is awsome, but I have portible GPS for biking and hiking, and laptop for whatching movies in the tent when we go to the river. I would really want a true computer Mac or PC with cellular internet if I were gonna go for the in-dash LCD.
