LCAs
Im making so many threads tonight. Well its all good, cuz im just checking in about some shit I'm about to buy.
So basically the omnis are being ordered a week from now, and i dont think i'm gonna get a camber kit for a while, but one thing i wanted to know about was LCAs
What companies do you recommend, and whats the benefit with going aftermarket? (stiffer, im guessing )anyone have experience with em?

I have the 2nd gen Omni LCA's on my Civic. Aftermarket LCA's are strictly for bling purposes. Together they might weigh a pound less than the stock ones. And if they are stiffer, it's unnoticable.
You would get better results from a new set of bushings.
Omni had a deal where if you bought a set of coilovers, they would give you a deal on the LCA's. I think I saved like $40.
If anyone is unfamiliar with them, this is what they look like.

If Omni doesn't have them try SRR, Megan or Function 7. If there's nowhere to mount a rear swaybar on the CL, aftermarket LCA's will allow you to do this. I never looked into it, so I'm not sure.

I've looked for aftermarket lca's, i've never found any. I think the best you can do is buy an oem control arm set, never seen any for 94-97 accords. If you find any let me know. Only ones I find are for teggies and civics, go figure
