Kyb Agx ??????

Hey guys i am about to buy my springs from Ebay, i am pretty sure i am going with the Eibach Sportline. I might go with the Neuspeed Sport, SofSport, or even the Race spring set. I want to know what are the best shocks? KYB AGX? are these universal so that i can use them with any of these springs?

Do a search there been 100's of threads on the agx.
But to answer your question the agx aren't designed to be on springs that drop your car more than 1.5 inches. So as long as you don't drop that much you can use any springs you like. The best shock are koni adjustables but they cost alot of $$$

Are you talking about maxspeed springs or coilovers? If your talking about the coilovers they won't fit our cars. I tried putting them on my car but the rear ones did not fit. The sleeves are too short so the spring won't even touch the top of the shocks unless you have them all the way up, which is stock hieght.

No, not the adj coilovers, the springs.

I want to do like a 2 inch drop, nomatter what springs i use. Why cant we use the AGX's with this low of a drop? does anyone still use them with a drop greater than 1.5 inches? So if i cant do AGX what is another good/cheap reasonable shock system?

People still use agx on drops lower than 1.5 inches but if you do it will void the lifetime warranty the shocks have and that would be pointless. Oh and I'm not sure about the maxspeed springs only have experience with the coilovers, sorry.

masoud,

using springs that lower more than 1.5 inch (sportlines etc.) will void the warranty on AGX's. People have done it....it may make the shock wear out faster...not sure.

Maybe you can go Tokico...there not really expensive...but I hear a lot of people don't like them.

I know quite a few people with Koni's (integra, Legend, etc) and ALL like them. I like the ride too.

If you can scrap up the dough, I suggest go KONI!

ground control!!!

personally i like the ground control coilovers they ride better and handle better than any coilovers i have ever seen i have about 4 or 5 friends with them and they love them...plus if you go with big rims they dont look bad with the camber!!!
