Kick panels for the car

Hey i curious how do you install them and how do they work. I see in the pictures and I can't tell how they are connected. I starting to learn about components speakers and I just wanted to see how they look in the car with the Q logic kick panels and how they are attached and stuff. Thanks!

They don't have the Q logic kick panels for CL's. Just about everything needs to be custom on our cars.

I'm pretty sure that if you get the 94-97 Accord kickpanels that they'll work. I'm almost 80% sure that they will. If they dont, just get the 6.5" components, and mount the tweeter in the black sail panel

use the 94-97 accord coupe panels. Crutchfield has them on sale now.

You lose some foot room, because they protrude a little... so if you have clumsy friends they'll be kicking them all the time and stuff.

They are designed to get the best soundstaging in your car... make it sound like you're sitting right inbetween the pair of speakers. It is also nice because you dont have to run speaker wires through the door jamb.

The panels attach to the stock kick panel...

I dont have any pics myself, but a guy I know has them in his accord coupe...

for the qlogic u gotta drill holes through the metal to get some screws in. when u ask for the color, be very specific cuz i got light gray when i needed dark. the install isn't exactly flush, but i don't notice. also on the driver side you can't see it really, on the passenger side it is kinda hidden below the blove so you can only really see the bottom part of the grill and the tweet

I notice that in the direction that you might have to move the computer on some of the accords. Does this apply to us? Also I was looking in the car, on the driver side, does it block or do anything to the hood release. Damn this process takes forever. It just not take out and put new ones it, can put the tweeters like everywhere. People say there are plus or minus to each. So far debating between (kickpanels) or (putting the main speaker in the stock location and then putting the tweeters near where the door lock is in the wood) part. LOL

yups you gotta move the computer, you put it under the footwell. there is a hole for the hood release. it only took me a few hours to get all of this done, but alot of time was for ripping out the seats since there was no room to work. it sounds like it takes forever but it doesn't

Thank, even though it might be 100% better with the kickpanels, i still might not get them. I have to sit in my car and look at the floor to see if I got room for my feet. I am 6', so sometimes there is not much room in the car.
