Question Kia Rio Ownage...

So it's about that time to rent a car. I couldnt make it to the shop today again. So I made reservations to rent a car. I went ahead and got the Kia Rio and will be picking it up tomorrow at noon. I will have the car for a week. So here are our plans:

1. I'm going to see how it sounds/runs open cat
2. We're making an intake for it (or seeing if any of ours fit it)
3. I'm going to see if the car can use any of the spare springs I have (cant find my damn coilovers!!! would have been perfect)
4. advance timing (only if I decide not to use the nitrous)
5. Debating to use my nitrous and dump 100 octane in it. (75 shot only)
6. Going to see what it's lug pattern is. We have spare rims with Toyo RA1's on it with a 5x114 lug pattern, and we have spare 4x100 lug pattern rims. If it has a 4x114 lug pattern I might use my CL rims.
7. I thought of stipping it, but we'll see
8. What do you guys think? lol...

I'm going to run against my friends and see how she does, lol.

Btw, these are just funny ideas and might go through a few of them. But I am not planning on playing around with it too much. It was just a thought for kicks and giggles.

Are they still buy one, get one free? I heard the commercials for that in Atlanta a lot last year. The announcer would come on the airwaves and say "ATTENTION, Atlanta area Kia Dealers are offering a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity. Come in and buy an Amanti, Optima, or Sedona and get a new Kia Rio FREE! TWO for the price of ONE!"

I want to see some 0-60 and 1/4 mile times on these little POS's

LoL.....I would have jumped on that deal. Buy one, get one free. Damn. Would have seriously been a good little investment. A lot of people love to buy beaters out here in Cali cause of traffic.

WTF. You people are scary at times.
Why not try to do a 3.5 conversion on a KIA.
And "I totaled a KIA, it got what it deserved."

Your best bet is to hook up nitrous. You could also unbolt all body pannels (front end/doors/trunk).

Make sure you get the insurance. We don't want to see a thread about you getting screwed over by rental car company.

It's really not. I tried... I heard about this guy that told the cop that and the cop says, "It's like fishing. Do you try to catch ALL the fish?"

at the Kia site. Can't believe they have the nerve to make fun of Honda Civics, the small car champion of the world, when they have Rios in their driveways.

Kia owners are pretty sad, actually. They all say they wouldn't own a Honda because it's "too mainstream" or "too unoriginal" but we all know if a comparable Honda had been the same price what they'd be driving.

Man, they didnt have the Kia I asked for. On top of that, they added a "underage fee" for being under 25. The fee came out to $25 extra for each day. I rented it for 7 days, so that damn fee added up to $175. Da damn jews. So it came out to $320 for the week with insurance. Eh, I can't complain, I needed a damn car bad anyways.

Anyways, they upgraded me to a Jeep Wrangler. It's pretty cool, cause now I have an off roading vehicle. It's got 4 wheel drive, lol.

My next thread will be, "Has anyone ever flipped a Jeep?"
