Kaixen HID kit

I just installed a 6000k hid kit last night and they are

it came with two 20amp fuses, one is a standard 2-prong fuse the other is somewhat of a mini version. In the instructions it says to upgrade the fuses to the ones that came with the kit. Well, the headlight fuse under the hood is already a 20amp, but what about the "mini" fuse? Is there another fuse for the headlights somewhere or should I just not worry about it?

I have a 98 2.3 by the way

Hey, are your head lights plastic like mine? Don't you think that might be too much heat for plastic? Just a thought.
