pardon my ignorance, but don't they change your timing belt with the huge 100k mile service? I don't have the paperwork for mine when it was done, but I believe I paid near 1200 for it, so I would have hoped they would have done it.

If I am wrong correct me but I was under the impression that the 1997 Model Cl's had that service warranty up to 150k as for the 1998 its 50k or 70k.

It's a Big Stinker for all the 1998 owners.

They have service warranties, but they have nothing to do with timing belts, you'll be paying for that one

If this hasn't been suggested yet, pop your hood and take a look at your belts. Do they have any small cracks anywhere? Do they look like they might be going soon? Maybe you don't think you'll need it just yet but it would'nt hurt to look. Who knows the damn thing might be hanging from the pulleys for all you know

LOL, i will just pretend i never read it (although my mind is scarred for the rest of my life in terms of furry dicks) and hopefully i will be able to move on with my life!......and who the hell is that kid lol?
