Just lubed up my windows...thanks to Dustbuster4!
So as per dust's advice and instructions, I went ahead and got some silicon spray, and lubed up my windows. Now both my windwows roll up and down at the same time! haha. I recomend this to anyone that has had their windows been dying on them lately before they shell out $250 for a new regulator. If dust doesnt mind...i'll go ahead and post his intructions.

I thought that was bad to do!? Omg i would love to have my windows go up faster when i roll up my windows its like a cheetah and a turtle... my driver side window goes pretty quick and my passenger side is like a 90yr old crossing the street. There has been numerous occasions when i was in a rush and left the passanger side slightly open and it rained

This might sound crazy, but I pulled the seal that is in the door behind the window (rear part) when the window is down. You can see the seal when the window is down. Doesn't look that great when the seal is removed and the window is down, because you can see some screws, but you cant see anything when the windows are up. My windows have been going up and down fast ever since. I also think these seals put pressure on the window and strain the motors when in place. I might paint the screws so they aren't so obvious. Anything to not have to replace my window motors again.

KLepTo: I'm glad it worked for 'ya!
My windows work better than they ever have!

All this time, I thought it was the weak-ass regulators, when really it the tightness of the window against the window seal that causes the regulator to "over-work" and either burn-out or break the cable!
A can of silicone is definitely much cheaper than a new regulator!

Well thanks to dustbuster4 here are his instructions that he sent me...
I did mine the "easy" way.
Just take a can of spray silicone and spray into a clean cloth. Wipe both sides (inside and outside) of the window. Then put the window down about 1/3 to 1/2 way. Spray silicone directly onto the window seal as pictured below:
Make sure you spray a lot on this seal, even down into the door frame. This is where most of the friction is occuring which slows down the regulator. Lubing the regulator itself doesn't help speed things up as much as spraying silicone as I'm describing.
After a few minutes, run your window up and down about 10 times. Then clean the window with a glass cleaner (both outside and inside).
This "fix" should last for a while. When the window becomes "slow", just repeat the process.
My "slow" window" is now faster that my "fast" window used to be.
Good luck!

you're not supposed to use ammonia based glass cleaner on the film. you can call the tinting place you got your car done at and they can recommend a cleaner. as for the silicon, i am sure you can get away with spraying it in the seal.

Wouldn't the dealership also do this for free? I mean it only takes a few minutes of time, plus they're certified and crap.
I'll look into that (just in case it messes up, I would be at fault
