hey i just got an eclipse av8022 and i am going to install it above my eclipse 8443 however i dont know how to wire all that up and how to mount it in there.. to wire it do i jsut splice the one from my main hu? i guess i can mount the brain under the seat? hrmm...thanks

 

You would be better off puting the brain in the trunk, there isnt that much room under the seat. I put mine under the seat and im thinking about moving it to the trunk. Its pretty easy to install, the same as a aftermarket cd player, just more wires.

 

i put mine under the seat since the big wires for the tv didnt reach, and if you move the alarm module you can actually fit anything in there pretty nice.

 

I have five toes...couldnt you put the brain under the center console? There is actually a lot of room down there.

 

ok..i called them and they do not give installing instructions with the av units..they have to be installed by an auth dealer..thats gay...tooo many wiresss !
