interior fuse box cover

i'm having trouble with the interior fuse box cover/side panel that surrounds it. the side panel has 2 clips, and looks like it should slide over the head of a screw to hold it in place. the problem is that the screw is missing, and one of the clips doesn't hold (what it looks like is that the part of the frame that it clips into is bent out of shape.)

i suspect that this is residual damage from my accident back in february, where my car got nailed in the driver's side door. is this something i should take back to the shop (who guarantees their work for the life of the car)? it's not a huge thing, but that piece is only holding by a single clip, and is pretty loose. any ideas?
