Installing Intake System

I bought a AEM cold air intake system for my 99 2.3CL. I was wondering how hard it is to install yourself? Or should I take it to a shop? Also, what is the best performance upgrade to put on my car that is lower than $300??

dude it's really easy, takes like a half hour at the most. If you have 2 different screw drivers in your tool box i'm sure you can handle it.
