Installing 10 disc cd changer to stock deck?

hey just wondering if anybody has info regarding how to install cd changer to the stock deck. so do i need to take apart my deck to locate the car antenna, remote, power etc...or is there any other way without doing that? i have a solobaric system setup in my car 98 cl, and i was thinking of connecting the power, ground and signal out from my amp. not sure if its going to work but just a thought. i have a sony 10disc/mp3 cd changer. help greatly appreciated please!!!

You could get around dealing with the stock deck if you used a wireless FM modulator, which would broadcast to your antenna wirelessly. Then you just set the station you want on the modulator, pick a lesser-used preset to be that station, and away you go. Not ideal, but it works. I've seen this on a cd changer to a stock deck in a Ford Tbird Supercoupe which actually worked very well cause it had a wired remote up front from the changer in the trunk, as well as for a Discman with its own wireless remote. I believe you can also hook some models up inline with your antenna, but I've never played with one like that. Besides, I'm not sure many, if any, changers will be able to integrate with a stock deck. So that may be your only route to take unless you buy a new stereo.

?

well my sony cd changer has an FM modulator, but it seems as though i still need to take my stock deck apart to connect the antenna with the modulator. well i thought it sends the signal through a frequency using wireless methods, but i guess i was wrong. in the end, i had to take apart everything to get to the antenna and run it back to the trunk. well it works fine now, thanks for your reply though MR.
