the only difference I noticed when i intalled my header was that u can ride out all the gears longer and it still pulls, the engine doesnt gasp for breath as much. Plus they make that cool noise when u shut off the car. OBX for the 2.x are dirt cheap, I payed 110 bucks for a brand new one ceramic coated.

Some people will only go with the big names like DC Sports, because they say that the OBX's crack, I have had no problems so far and the price alone was enough for me to get the OBX. The DC's are over 200 bucks for a minor performance gain. I have the OBX header and OBX CAI and I think overall their build quality is just as good, I mean everyone with a 2nd gen CL has OBX headers, mostly.

The OBX is available in both stainless and ceramic. I got the ceramic because they were cheaper, they supposedly flow better, and I have seen how the stainless ones look within a week, they get all discolored and gross looking. I havent had any cracking or leaking since may of this year when I installed them. No problems so far, hopefully they will be ok during the cold winters here. Hope this helps.

Yeah that helps alot man. I had a SS header turn blue and get that gross look you describe. It aint pretty but I never had to replace it either. The only reason I asked is because I could get the ceramic one sooner cause it's so cheap. I will check back with you before I buy it and see how yours held up during the winter. It will be a few months before I get one because I am doing my suspension now and it is expensive, AGX, H&R's, Engals + labor.
Thanks for the Info.

I know what u mean. I have a brand new set of KYB GR2's in my house waiting to be put in after the winter. I hope nothing happens to the header, I wouldnt think so, but I'll keep u updated.
