Frame Damage

iwanted to change my spark plugs and i needed an oilchange badly so i decied to take my car to my buddies house, now its so cold in this damn city (-15 or something lilke that!) we had to fit the car in the tight garage on an angle to close the garage door.. now there wasnt enough room to fit the lift and we decided to lift it from the big grooved bar underneith the engine. (Bolts at the front, under the engine at the jack spot and goes to the back of engine) i had a bad feeling about it but i still did it, and when i was trying to open the oilpan bolt, cranked it too hard since it was frozen as hell and the car moved a bit and the bar got dented in completly and the car almost crushed me !! hehe yeah so after when i was checkin it one of the edges of the bar is dented in from the middle. the other edge is fine .. the back and front of the bar dont seem to be effected.
only if i wasnt so lazy and put stands under the car ! how bad do u guys think it is ? should i just put it on a hiost and hammer it back out or is it removable so i could get one from junk yard or something ?? oo and do u guys know what is the bar called ?

look at where the bolts connect. if the bolts are still flush mounted next to their respective metals/bars, you may be OK

just remember, those bars hold the engine from dropping in case of severe impact so just don't go over a huge speed bump at 50MPH anytime soon!

the bar is part of the front K-frame. ur car will prolly eventually develope little squeaks and quirks here and there cause its tweaked.
