Identify Xtra pieces

Can anyone tell me where these go...found in trunk of 1999 tl 3.2...
having issues with water in cabin maybe this is why...ty

Plastic Honda ppt ictc written on inside

looks like a cover for the trunk "arm", for lack of better words.

probably not why your trunk is leaking... that piece does not have any water blocking abilities

Not seeing where it would fit on trunk arm
