ideal paint choice

hey guys just got hit the other night by a drunk driver down my whole driver side. so anyways i was gunna paint the whole car. it is primrose now , which im really not that crazy about, so my question is does anyone thin it possible to remove the purple trone from the primrose and paint the whole car and have it not be too unmatched with the jamns and engine bay or does anyone have any other colors like blues or silvers they really think would look good?
let me know
thanks greg

I'm not a big fan of that colour either. I think it looks hot at night, but in the sun it's not my bag. I'll take a look tommorrow at work, the formula for that color. You might be able to delete the pinkish/purplish tinter for that mix, and have the same silver, but no pink flop to it.

Man DEF go for that nice almost SI blue that the new RSX has - that stuff looks very nice and i think would look hotter on a CL than an RSX. - check it out - it's a kind of bright blue like SI blue ~badass~

I checked out that colour, and theres only 1 tinter responsible for the purple tinge. In 1 pint of paint there is 12.1g of "866, red violet". thats quite a bit considering the entire mix is 449.9g.
I made 2 spray-out cards, to compare, and forgot them at work. The silver w/o the 866 is a really nice silver, but is quite a noticeable colour difference. The only problem I see is if you were REALLY picky, is the bodyside door jambs. Those could easily be blended-in for an extra 1-3 hours on a 25hr. complete. Not that big a deal. I'll post the spray-out card pics later, although I don't know if the camera will capture the difference.
