heres a pic of it. the tranny is upside down, and in a million pieces but ull see it. its directly on top 12 o'clock pos.. near the engine.

Hey, wilp, is it just one or both because the pic shows 2 solenoids. Also, what part did you look up on the website, was it a lock up solenoid? thanks man.

 

they come off together, as one unit.

 

AT SENSOR-SOLENOID that is what i looked up.

try to look it up on yahoo. as a lock up selonoid acura cl 3.0

aight...as i went to go pull that tranny apart, i realized it was just sitting outside of the tranny and didnt require for my to pull the actuall tranny apart, lol. Good thing I realized this on my 4th bolt.

But the bad news is, the actuall plastic piece that is used to plug it in, is broken. I'm not sure if you want to go ahead and use yours or not. I wanted to inform you before doing anything else. Although this seems like a 1min job, so it's not a big deal whether I take it off right now or not. I'll post you a pic once my lil bro gets back, cause i know shit about comps and how to post pics, lol.

 

what i mean by plastic piece, is the harness....the plug thingy, you know what i mean????

 

u were seriously going to take the whole tranny apart to get this dude a part... tahts love three. hey since your pickin shit off the tranny.. how much u want for all the sensors on it. obviously besides the one hes gettin.. is this the one u got from the guy in texas?

every once in a while ill get a code for 3rd gear pressure sensor. i also broke one when i rebuilt my tranny, and replaced it with a new one, and i just wanna get rid of all doubt. plus if i ever get around to doin my level 10 upgrade i might break a sensor or two.. those things are fragile.

 

alright i'll have my bro post pic of em tomorrow, and I'll take a look at em and see if there is anything wrong with them...
