Why in the hell do people ship things to you Fed Ex. It has to be the worst shipping company ive encountered. Ive got packages that were suppose to be delivered today (Fed Ex Express Delivery)....I look on the tracking site to see that my packages are delayed at the nearest hub (hour and 15 minutes away) and wont be delivered til tuesday, just because i am a residential customer. That means 8 business days to get a package from florida thru their express service. They also want me to be home to sign for the package, which i wont due to work.....so now they are more than likely going to send my package back to the sender "undeliverable". This was confirmed by calling their less than enthousiastic customer support. I give this company a big 2 thumbs down for their lack of care and ability to deliver packages on time.

 

last time i got something through fedex it was supposed to come on a monday and i got it on a friday... annnnd that was my kybs

I missed the first attempt. Then they skipped my Second and Thrid automatically.

On their website, they said "Customer not available"
Actually, my mom stayed at home all day long.


I called their customer service to ask their why. They know it is their fault. They just tell me they will give me the forth attempt, not even a apologize.

If I have a business, I will definitely choose UPS.

 

its all about USPS!!!!! lol i have never received anything later than 2-3 days, and tahts from the east coast!

but for big packages, i would definitely go with UPS

i use fedex...and never had problems...but i go directly to one of their shipping warehouses since it's 15min away...not one of those small ass shipping stores where they jack up the prices

the headunit they are shipping me weighs 7lbs...so it requires no special handling........Just because im residential...they are letting it sit in the jonesboro hub for 3 business days before they deliver it. My package is just sitting there, wtf kind of company just ignores a package because it doesnt get delivered to a business address.
