microsoft publishing, i have photoshop but i havnt figured out how to do anything yet

 

alright, i have publisher too, i will mess around with it. can you put rims and change color of your car on that also.

Nope, publisher is crap compared to photoshop, i just got used to using it because i had it before photoshop.
