WOW! I'm sorry to hear that!
Take it to the dealer! See what can be done.
The more you run it, the worse it will get (I destroyed a Camaro tranny by continuing to drive it).
Start lookin' for crashed CLs and see what you can get a tranny for.
Good luck!

Fode he's got a 3.0, h22a is really not an option. Maybe 3.2 type s is more like a solution. Take it to the dealer get the tranny fixed by warranty and they'll hook you up with a loaner car while yours is getting fixed. Good luck hope everything turns out ok.
My brother's been fighting this with his auto prelude.
Hes started a MSN community regarding the issue. Its amazing the problems honda has had with auto trannies.
He bitched enough that Honda bought the last rebuild. No warranty.

because in order to drop an h22a into the 3.0 you have to relocate the motor mounts. which means there will be a lot of cutting and welding. it's not recommended realiability wise. too much of a hassle and you could run into more problems in the future.
its funny fOde how people are so quick to jump back at you !!
ide go start lookin at junkyards for new trannys that might be your best bet... y get it done again if its a 60% return rate! F*ck that .. sorry to hear that good luck

yup its a fact that many Honda trannies are failing... especially in the more recent years with accords and TH & CL type S makes...
Honda buys gears from the same company as mitsubishi... when mitsubishi sales boomed on the earlier style(before the newer ones) eclipses, they ordered a large quantity of gears for their trannies... well lets state the obvios and say that mitsubishi sales have dropped tremendously... so the gears are left to sit by the company. They are coated with an anti-corrosive substance and once they are sold and ready to be installed should have been wiped clean and were NOT! Honda bought more and more gears as theie sales of Honda/Acura vehicles increased and the stock of gears that were not properedly cleaned and ship have caused trannies to slip and become shot.
It sucks that your warranty is up! I agree you should go to a junkyard and search for a used one out of a crashed CL... GOOD LUCK!
