How Much HP

wassup guys i got a 98 3.0 how much horsepower do u think iam pushing with intake, exhaust , resonator,headers, obx tb spacer, and 55 shot of spray ???

i'm guessing around 230hp to the crank without the botttle. 55 shot isn't much probably add another 25-30hp.
