Changed my own oil over the weekend for the first time......how many quarts does the 3.0 take......4.5 right?

 

Its in the book somewhere, mine is out in my car and its like 95 degrees out so I dont feel like going out there just yet... I do not remember cause I havent had to change mine, acura is giving me 20 free oil changes in return for a screw up they made, so i wont be changin my own for a long time. I must add too, make sure you change your filter too, I know thats right inside the right hand wheel. It sounds dumb, but I know a lot of ppl that forget or just dont change it.

 

4.5 or 4.6 i think the book says. But im prety sure i fit 5 in my car

 

While i was looking in the manual for the #of the turn signal bulb. I looked at the oil capasaty. I was exactly right. Damn im smart. 4.5 got the 2.2 and 4.6 for the 3.0

 

ya i put 5 in my car, thats what they said to do

 

Cool thanks for everyones input......Yes I did remember the filter....that fuckin thing was a bitch to get off, I had to jam a screw driver in it to get it off.
