1997 3.0 Cl
I just purchased a 97 CL with 106k miles on it. I love this car. It was a leased car before I bought it and so far its all good. I will baby it of course and I will update this thread as time goes on.
I do about 300 miles a week. I hit a piece of tire the other day and will have to get an alignment, but other than that, it is perfect!

Hmm... I've got a 1999 2.3 CL, with about 75,000 miles on it... However the engine is burning about a quart or more of oil a month... Any suggestions? My mechanic told me that its best to use the engine until it dies, then replace it... Your comments and advice would be greatly appreciated.

If the 2.2/2.3 shares engines or transmissions with the 97 Accords, someone I know has a 97 Accord that they've beat the crap out of for 170,000 miles and the engine and transmission WILL NOT DIE. The rest of the car is falling apart from the rough treatment, but the mechanicals are bulletproof.

got mine in july 04 at 43k. and now ive got 110k and all ive had to do so far is oil changes, put gas in it, and change a couple belts. on the other hand ive had to replace the window motor once and its going out again. i seafoamed but thats not really required. um i think thats about it. oh yeah and i had to replace a rear bumber and rear taillight, but that was not my fault.

112K and some change... I figure this car will run till I die... provided I take care of her. I figured even if I decide to get another car, I will keep the Mistress as a project car. That was my original plan for my Teg, but thanks to a shit ass driver, I nolonger have that car. It was a 91 with 193K on her. No problems.
