My personal opinion is that pullies are a scam. This seller is particularly full of it. Check out the claimed "Double digit hp and torque" increase. Assuming they do a 30% reduction, that's equivelant to saying your 2.3 makes 180 hp and 180 lb-ft with no accesories. Bullshit. Let me reiterate...that 30HP between the altenator and PS pump!
If you can get past blatantly lying SOBs there is a marginal increase. I'm guessing an alternator takes about 1 hp and the PS about 4 hp max. Multiply that by their reduction ratio and we're talking about 1.5 hp gained at peak. Plus they look cool and shave a little weight.

Yeah, I know. I wouldn't get the OBX ones anyway. What do you think of that dyno by AEM. Kinda surprised by the large increase. I wonder what engine they were using that had a baseline 100hp stock? Cause the Type S increases are minor, I wonder if they work better with weaker engines (for which we qualify )

probably.. if we are running the same power steering pump as the 3.0 then the gain we experience should be greater, because our loss is greater to begin with compared to that of the 3.0
making any sense?

Do these graphs look funny to anybody else...BESIDES THE FACT THEY WERE MADE IN EXCEL?!
Looks completely bogus to me. What's with the wavey torque curve? My Vtec only engages once
Why does their torque curve peak at 2000 rpm when Honda says it peaks at 4700 rpm?
Why is the alleged hp increase virtually the same at 2000 rpm and 6000 rpm?
These guys are so full of shit their eyes are brown.

It's amazing that a company like AEM would put some BS dyno's made in Excel on their site. Odd thing is that those are the only two dynos they put up (accord and CL). So are pullies worth the their cost (w/ install) of $200?
Here's a real dyno of an f22: f22 dyno
Can we call BS on AEM??

Yeah I don't know what they're trying to pull. I thought they were a reputable company. I'd take that $200 and put it toward a header...
I've already tossed my BS flag. If anybody else wants to follow suit .... :)
