How fast is your CL?

Just wondering how fast your guys' cars are.

The fastest I've driven so far on mine is 120mph, all stock. I gotta change a shock on my passenger side rear wheel, it throws the car around like a maniac. The ride got scary at 120 so I didn't wanna push it more and lose control. Plus my tank was on empty.

Fast is a very loose term, you might want to specify what you mean by "fast"

if you're rolling down a steep hill for 10 minutes...

our cars have the capability to go up to about 140, yes, but the real trick is how fast it TAKES us to get there.

In that department, a VERY long time = slow. lol

My best time was a 11 second pass. I forget at what speeds though. And this was with a 2nd gen in GT4 btw at the Las Vegas strip. I launched it in 2nd gear to get that time also. It was the only way to get traction. And on nitrous of course.

But in real life, a whooping 16.6 @ 94mph in my car cruising down the track. I swear the car must have looked like a low rider jumping up and down with all the wheel hop.

Btw, the previous post I made was from done in the game Grand Turismo 4 for those of you that didnt catch that.

Ahh... yes, the type s in GT4, makes sense now. For me I hit 125 all stock with two people in the car. I didn't expect to get above 110 really, but it just kept crankin (thanks to the slight tail wind).

We'll see how "fast" this car is when combining acceleration, braking, and cornering at Motorsports Ranch out here in Texas. Road racing FTW!!!

And I'm also looking forward to running in the 1:30's bracket out in the Big Willow track at Willow Springs International Raceway.

I went 126 last summer in my 2.2 auto which was bone stock then. I don't know when the governor kicks in because I had to brake due to traffic.

I thought everyone knew red cars were the fastest... that's why it's called "arrest me red"
