check this out ......I only owed honda 'bout $900 dollars for my car to be payes off.

well to make a long story short they repo my car for only $900 bucks that i have left to pay. So I get this phone call at like 4:30 a.m. some dude sayin'.......

Hey I got ur car man......ur gonna have to call Honda in the morning to work out the details.

I'am like "AWW SHITTTT"........so i run out to see if its true......wat do I C.....no car!

so i come with the storage fees and wat i owed on the car and the repo.....

totalled to about $1,600 dollars........$315 storage....$900 car....$375 repo...OUCH!

so anyway i pick up the car and i noticed it crashed ........so i fawkin freak out right there!

Wat the fawk!.......so anyway the lady from the repo place comes out .....and agrees to the damage and says she will notify her boss......and they will send my car to a auto body
which the owner owns......and it will be fixed.

on tuesday of next week.......

on top of that i had the auto lock on my car.......(thas the lock that locks down the clutch)

and motherfawkers bent my cluch pedal to get it out.......shit is a fawkin nightmare

so wat u guys think i should do......any comments?

Sue? Whats he gonna sue over? When they repo your car, its because you havent made a payment for a while. So the bank will try to get the car back. And they ll get it however they can. I wouldnt even go that route. Be glad they ll fix some of the damage for you, and cut your losses. Fix whatever you have to out of pocket. It wont be worth it to try to get a lawyer, pay him, and sue over what? Bending your clutch pedal? Just fix it. And pay your bills on time, then this wont happen.

 

You had $1600 to get the car back but were not willing to pay the $900 you owed?

 

yea i had to borrow the cash to pay everything.......i did not have the $900 at the time
to send...so i discussed it with HONDA and they said ok pay as u can.

so i said fine......next thing u know BAM car's gone.

after we discussed my arrangements for payment......when i called the person handlin' my case she sounded surprised they repo'd my car............


but if i wouldve had the cash handy i def. would've payed it.

anyway i just want my car fixed man.....thas my main concern here

my rear bump is pushed in my fawkin trunk dont even close......

the good thing now is finally the car is mine.......soon as i get that title

ok well if they said that it would be alright for you to work on teh payment then repo'd your car THEN you've got a case, but if you ahve no proof of them saying that other than what you remembered you're fucked. sucks man. you need to mention the clutch pedal thing too tell them it need to be fixed. Plus, what the fuck kind of repo place crasheds a fucking car?

but as someone who worked for a bank and went on several repos, I can't feel sorry for you...as far as the repo goes.

we would usually go get them if they were at least 90 days past due...and those repo fees just keep adding up just to get it back.

it's not worth it in the end to get that far behind in payments....no matter how much the balance is.

as far as the damage goes...hopefully they will do the right thing and take care of that end of it.

Sometimes life has a way of getting away from us - but lesson learned should be pay your bills on time. One day you'll want to buy another car or a house and your credit score will be too low. Hope they fix your car for you. Even though your car was repo'ed, there was no reason for it to get damaged. Good luck.

Honda wouldnt care. They'd send the car to auction and take whatever they got for it. And still bill you for the difference. So if you owed $900, and they sold it for $500, you'd still owe the bank $400.

 

YA KNOW i still have not talked to honda about it..........cuz the manager at the place said she would take care of it......suppsdly tuesday or wed.

this happen on wed........thas when i picked the car up from the repo spot.

I really hope they fix that for you. I have never had a car repod but I can see how it can happen. I am not hurting for money, but I don't know why everybody is being so rude sayin' you got what you deserved because you didn't pay the bill, I think all these rich people don't understand that if you don't have the $, you just don't have the money!! Either way, they had no right to do your car like that. Good luck

I hope your shit got str8n. And fuck all those people that said you should have paid your bill on time. Sometimes shit happens and people fall down! That doesn't give anyone the right to screw his car up and it doesn't give honda the right to drag their feet and throw him to the curb. If you want retribution, for honda fucking you over, tell people not to buy from the dealer. They'll loose more money if 5 people buy from a competitor then if you throw a brick through their window. What you should do is talk to the owner of the repo spot and tell her they bent your pedal too, if she is willing to fix the damage they cause what is the difference in fixing the pedal. Next time don't use your real address, this way if they try and repo you they can't find you.
