Horrible day for me...
Well the last school bell rings for the day..what a great feeling it is knowing that I get to go home finally...as I am walking down the my car...we have 2 upper parking lots for seniors only which is on the school campus...and 1 "dirt lot" consisting of my gravel and rocks which anyone can park in....well right when I'm almost to my car..some kid comes up to me and says.."hey your car got broken into..your cd player got stolen" ...i didn't believe him at first..but when I go to my car I notice that the passenger window is completely gone and that my cd player is missing...trying to control all of my emotions i just scream out F**K...another kid who got broken into was talking to the cop at the moment..so after he was done I filled out a police report...I have to wait till my dad gets home to see how I'm going to get my window fixed..most likely we will report to insurance..I'll get my window fixed..and better cd player..but its hard to comprehend why people do this to cars...it just gives me a sick feeling that anyone would do this to a car...

That sucks man, I had an Orion amp and subs stolen out of my Jeep once. Gives you that feeling of rage you have never felt before. It could of been worse though, I see that 2nd gens are having their HID lights stolen quite frequently now. Something like 3 grand to replace. Insurance companys don't like that.

I really sorry to hear about your theft!
I just went through this same kind of an experience about 2 weeks ago with my wife's car!
I'm fortunate that they didn't break her window!

Well luckily I saved my stock head unit so I can still listen to music...it got kinda boring just driving with no music playing..all I could hear was the intake..it somewhat made me more happy...

I hope you end up with a better stereo. I have been there too. Now. why didn't that Acura built in security system work? Also if it was a factory stereo, there are codes which will render it inop until recoded.

Ya I guess the windows aren't connected to the alarm system..and yes I am definately getting a better cd player out of this...I bought the one that got stolen off of ebay for $130 under retail price...so now I have to find out which cd player I wanna get..

these ass hole thiefs are getting smart....alarm doesnt go off unless you open the doors, so they break the windows, climb in, jack the unit, then climb their cheap asses out! Need to do an upgrade......window sensors....that doesnt even work either....we all just need person car guards!!!i got dibs on mr. t!!

Heh man..well actualy all I really had to do was either take the faceplate into school with me..put it in my locker for the day...or lock it in my dash...i'm going to do that from now on..even though it may take a few extra seconds to do it 
its a hell lot better than getting my window busted and my cd player stolen...those bastards even took the remote for the cd player

Hey sorry to hear your stuff got stolen and the window was broken - It kinda makes you wonder about what kind of people go onto a high school campus and rip kids off - And if it was one of your classmates thats just even worse - People have no respect for other people's property, it's horrilbe.

Yea..theres one kid who has a reputation for doing this..but i'm not sure yet if it was him or not..but you have to think to yourself..one of the best places to get great head units would be on a high school campus..cuz all of the kids get money from mommy and daddy and buy the best stuff (not me though..i used my own money

Damn, that really sucks. Atleast it was only a windows and H.U. Atleast they didn't have the intelligence to nab the whole car, that happened to a couple of my friends last year, right from the school lot.

Well right now my amp isn't working so I took the amp + subs out..cuz it was dead weight..so they were not in the car at the time...On the police report I could have said that the subs were stolen also but i'm not that bad of a kid

I need to install a shock sensor on my shit that electrocutes the intruder. Its stories like this that prevent me from getting cool shit like a dash mounted VAFC. Hell, nowadays I'm even careful where I boom my sub...

Sorry to hear about your car being vandalized. I have an old Corsica which I use to go to College and work, etc... I had my vent window smashed and cd-player stolen on Christmas Eve a couple years ago. Luckily I still had the factory radio(AC Delco Supreme). It made me realize that if I ever get a nice radio don't put it into a P.O.S. car and always remember to detach the head unit.

Just a follow-up...someone saw 2 mexicans with a blue minivan in the other kids car who got broken into...they were seen in the dirt lot a couple days before..I guess they were just scoping out the cars..and unluckily I was picked to be their victim...my window is getting fixed this friday for $160...so my Dad won't report it to insurance cuz it'd be worthless..and I'm going to order a new head unit soon enough..
