hmc silver wheels.

i just got my 18" rs limited tramas 3 weeks ago in hmc silver (looks like chrome) and they are chipping already. the wheel company is sending me a new set but everyone i talk to say they all chip and will keep doing this. has n e 1 had this problem? i'm thinking of asking for my money back.
