I'm looking for a Class 1 hitch with 1 1/4" receiver for my 1998 2.3 CL. I will be using this for a hitch-mounted bike rack. I'm looking for recommendations on what hitch to buy and how much cutting of the bumper or drilling is required. I've done some research online and the instructions I've found for some hitches are a little vague. For example, some state that it uses pre-existing holes in the bumper but when I looked, those holes don't exist. If you have one installed can you please list what brand and model you have and how much work it took to install it? Also, pictures would be great if you have them. Thanks!

PM AJTCL he has a trunk mounted bike rack that is much easier to install and use than a hitch, unless you already have the bike rack

97BlackAckCL, I've used trunk mounted racks before and find that they scratch the trunk. I would like to stay away from them.
