Hids

whats going on people? im so happy today because i just ordered my HIDs. i ordered the mcculloch 12000K hids off of ebat for $299 shipped brand new! anyway, i was wondering if anyone else had 12000K hids and if they had pics of how they looked. also, does anyone have pics of the HID install or their HID setup? thanks!

12000K is going to be VERY purple.. and not as bright as you may expect

they will def. be brighter than halogens, but they will be very purple.. pure white is 4300K, my 6000K are pretty blue even though they appear white in the pic.. 8000K is deeper blue/maybe purple, and anything above that i haven't seen in person. you can get different bulbs if you want, just search ebay for the right size/color temp. you want.. of course make sure they're acutal HID bulbs, then maybe you could sell yours if you dont like them

yeah, we'll see, hopefully ill be satisfied with them so i dont have to go through all that trouble....12000k in the pics on ebay looked really good so i wanted to try them out...so we'll see, haha.

damn dudes, i just went outside for a cig and i looked at my drivers side headlight housing and there so much condensation inside of it. its been raining like crazy here for the past few days so i havent really noticed it until now. how can i get rid of the condensation and prevent it from happening again??

tkae the headlight apart, dry it and seal it again with silicon.

I haven't had a problem with Timerivers. Knock on wood. Of course I haven't had a problem with my HID's yet. Knock on wood.



I know my corner lights look crappy but I have LED's on the way to remedy that.
