Hesitation

Over the last few days I have had a problem with the car hesitating. Funny thing is, it only seems to happen when I start the car after I parked it on a slope. Up or down. Its fine after I put it into gear. If I rev, it is fine until it gets into the lower RPM's again, and the hesitation comes back. Seems like it's not getting enough gas. Fuel pump maybe?

Fuel pump or fuel filter, if it's on a hill, sounds like fuel pump

I meant fuel pump if it was hessitating on start up especially on a hill, but this sounds more like your TPS

exactly. Its always started in a real low RPM. But I give it gas or put it in gear, and the rpm's go up and stay up. But it's never hesitated like this before.
