Currently, the reserve is not met. If you already "maxxed" what your comfortable bidding, then let it go!

Here's how I win EVER auction that I win: wait until there is about 1 minute to go. Enter your HIGHEST comforatable bid, but don't submit it until there is 5-7 seconds left in the auction (you can follow how much time is left by opening another window and refreshing the page). when your submit your bid, there is not enough time for someone to outbid you. If you are the highest bidder, you win. If you're not the highest bidder, then the item will have sold for MORE than your highest comfortable bid.

This method keeps other peeps from driving up the final bid price while trying to outbid you over time. If other's who are interested in the auction see no action, they get comfortable with the idea that they're gonna geat the item for a great price. However, this is where you come in and "snatch: it from them with 5 seconds left.

EDIT: Someone above mentioned a "Buy It Now" price. This wasn't available when I wrote this post.

I won my Rolex by waiting until the end of the aution to bid, rather than use the "Buy It Now" option. I saved $100, but I also risked loosing the watch!

He corrected the auction by stating the the pattern is 4 x 114 (look right above his pic). I assume this means 4 x 114.3

Make sure you check feedback on the seller, esp. if you're spending real dough. If they've only sold a few items, then it should be 100%. If they're a power seller, then you can expect a few problems every 500 or so sales. I never bid on items if the seller has less than 95%. Watch out for brand new sellers, too. I got burned by some bitch once. Fortunately is was only $5. I hoped she enjoyed all the porn spam I signed her up for.
