Help! Sudden Squeeling sound

Hello,
I was driving like 5 minutes ago and suddenly there is this high pitched squeeling sound from my front right wheel well. It sounds like screeching from metal on metal contact. It happens whenever my front right tire turns. I tried revving the engine on neutral and it makes no sounds, but the slightest turn of the tire causes more sound.
Any ideas? Is it the brakes going out? No shops are open tonite guess i'll have to wait for tomorrow =(

btw its a 1997 3.0

This is bad? The turning radius on these cars is bad enough as it is, are you saying I shouldn't even be turning that sharply?

For another car I had, it was not good to turn the wheel all the way for more than 3 seconds.

i had that metal sound too, but it wasnt on my acura it was on my civic, it happen to be that the brakes caliper was missing a spring and the brakes where flopping around.

could be the brakes/calipers, or it could be a ball joint or control arm

ok ended being like a ROCK stuck between my rim and brake rotor??
the road around my house is newly paved so there are a bunch of those little rocks popping everywhere when i drive
i just put the car in reverse, the rock popped back out, and now everything is good to go again =)
thanks for the replies
