I just went to a store trying to find an intake kit for my 97 2.2, but this is besides the point, I showed the clerk my engine and he seemed surprised by what he saw. He told me I was supposed to have an acura engine and apparently mine had been swapped out in the past?

Does this engine look familiar to any of you first gen cl owners?

I was trying to find a whole intake kit (piping filter etc) around home so i wouldn't have to get it offline, but I guess i'm just gonna have to do the online thing. Weapon R is the only one i can easly find online.

 

Ebay is your friend, and you can get an intake for a 94-97 accord engine, your engine is fine, that dude's an idiot

 

search online for a 94-97 intake those fit our cars. You can get a cheap one off ebay, but I went with an aem one
