On a 1997 cl, under the front right quarter panel, there is a plastic shield that runs from the front fender up over the wheel and behind it, shaped like an upside down U. The front part of mine ripped off and now water is getting into my engine bay

Does anyone know what its called, part #, where to get it, etc?

fender liner. the front part of mine fell off when i was on the highway. i got a replacement for ~$40

 

and you probably should get the clips too since they are pretty brittle by now and it's very hard to save them.
