Help with CD player

I was wondering how I would go about taking out the factory CD player for a 97 3.0CL.
My friends CD player on her car broke so she is going to replace it but the Acura dealer is going to charge a grip just to look at the problem. Do I just pull hard? Do I need any special tools?

Thanks!

Its really easy. Just pull the plastic trim out from around the radio and disconect the clock and the hazards. Then you should see two screws under the radio. Losen them and lift the radio up alittle and pull it out. It is pretty easy once you get the trim off. You should be able to figure it out once you seen the two screws im talking about but if you need any help you can also email or IM me
