That pic doesnt tell me much, but you should be able to drill out the broken part of the bolt...

if you have ever taken the upper middle bolt out of the head, it is long bolt and holds it on, im sure i will lose compression, im not sure if i should just drill it out or not, i dont want to mess it up, and if i do drill it out should i re-thread it.

I had the same situation before, so long as most of the bolts are tight (lightly tight with wrench, do not overtighten or it may break) there shouldnt be any issues. Make sure that the gasket isnt hissing from a loss of vacuum pressure. If everything seems normal, then it shouldnt be a problem. Drive it lightly until you get it fixed.

The broken end that i had came out with a screwdriver. there was a little divet on the broken part that i could put a flat head in and turn it out. Try random tools to screw it out first before trying something expensive/hard.
