So I got home and noticed i had a flat tire.. im trying to change it to my doughnut so I can get to a tire place and another problem arises.. Its my rear driverside tire.

you can start to loosen the lugs while the tire is still on the ground nd then jack it up and finish removing them. Not sure if this is what you are referring to tho, if not please explain.

^^^you dont need to loosen them too much. Just break them a 1/4 turn at most.

i imagine it still spun because it is not workin properly.................................. either it needs to be tightened or the cable is stretched, or the e brake pads need replacing

you can adjust ur ebrake to be tighter using the screws/bolts underneath ur armrest that's connected to it.

check your breaks first ! before you go and start messing with your emergency break.

yeah, theres a little pin that locks the cable to the arm off of the caliper. check to make sure its still there. one of mine rusted and snapped, causing me to replace the entire assebmly, now i need to replace the springs that pull the arm back so i can actually use my ebrake without my calipers seizing.
