Help

I know this is probably simple, but I'm having one of those moments. I need to change my lowbeam headlight. Shouldn't I be able to pull it right out or do I need any tools?

buy two so they match, twist, pull, don't touch the glass on your new bulbs.

Just a screwdriver. And don't touch the glass part.

BTW, Welcome!

Which one?

Thank you all for your responses. Which one is correct? The twisting and pulling or the screwdriver? Thanks!

You shouldn't need to take any clips off. Just take the plug off and twist the bulb out. I'll try to post some pics. It's starting to get dark.

Screwdriver? For what? To realign them? Thats the only thng you would need a screwdriver for.

sometimes a long, flat-head screw driver will help to get the connector off, they can be a pain... and it must come off before the bulb will come out. Once the connector is off, twist the bulb... only goes one way... and pull the bulb out... replacement is the reverse.

Just push the hell out of the clip and wiring harness so it slides off, then just twist the base of the bulb and it pops right out. Also, like others said, don't touch the glass, and replace em in pairs.
