Headlights

Early Christmas present from my parents

My dog checking out the goods:

I'm thinking about getting in on the groupbuy for some 6000ks, but I'm not 100% sure yet. I just have a feeling my first night out I'll get a ticket for running them. Although, I've seen some BLUE headlights drive right past cops and nothing. Ugh, I'm so undecided at this point.

oh man, you dont want those. trust me.
i'll tell you what. you ship them to me (my treat), and i'll fix them right up and send them back to you. and by fix them right up and send them back to you, i mean i will impregnate them with my tsx projectors and hids, and then mount them in place of my current headlights, which i will remove and send back to you

Psh, my early Christmas present was a pair of gloves.

They look great though. I really need to buy a new headlight casing for my drivers' side.

I hate to hijack the thread, but I'm having problems deciding what temperature HIDs I want to get. I definately want the blue look, but I don't want to get pulled over by the cops. How blue are the 6k-6500 HIDs?

I think I'm going to keep my old ones to possibly do projector work in the future, but I certainly don't have the funds to do it right now. Honestly, I can barely afford the HIDs, lol. I think I'll give it a shot with the 6000's though, there's a ton of cars with OEM HIDs, and honestly, I don't think most cops know which cars originally had them from the factory.

I'll consider selling them down the road if I don't do projectors, just not right now. They'd be good for a projector set up, but I can't get the adjustment to work anymore - so I wouldn't want anyone to buy them as a stock replacement. They're WAY out of adjustment, and that's why I got replacements.

All power to you if you can pull off the time/money for projectors. They'd be sick though.
