Everything helps, I mean if you have the $$ to spend it, do it.
I think its worth it. Ive had that set up before on a prelude I used to have and I did notice some difference. Headers(with the stock exhaust) w/ straight pipe

If you want a quiet exhaust, you should go with the Greedy SP exhaust, itz pretty damn quiet. My friend has one, and every time he revs his engine, all i hear is his intake. Itz why Greedy is street legal, because they are not louder than 95 decibels which is the legal limit to how loud your exhaust can be.

i dont think so. you can just buy the muffler, and then add the piping at a shop, that would be cheaper than buying the full cat-back exhaust system.

header is worth it, if you want a quiet exhaust tone, get like a es tuning systems muffler, they are cheap, quiet, and pretty good quality

the dc header piping is designed to use with the oem piping it 2" i believe. u will notice better low end and slight mid-high. an intake would get more gains out of it, but your bottle neck will be the exhaust. 2.25 would be good.

maybe not in texas... but other states like cali, there are laws like this....

if you get header then make sure you can get the bolts off the heat shield and the 3 that connect the top of your header to the downpipe because mine are stuck and that means car has to be re-put together until I can find the necessary tools to undo this menace.
