Head Unit Not Working.....HELP

I was switching my amp and 10s to another amp and 12s when I accidently touched the remote wire to the ground and the whole system shut down. I blew the 40A fuse from the battery to the amp and replaced it but still nothing. I checked all the car fuses and they are all in tact. I disconnected everything and still no sound. The head unit doesn't do anything. But the anti-theft light blinks. It's a stock Acura head unit. Maybe it's fried??? I'm thinking that this may be a sign and I should go out and buy a hellafied head unit to replace it. Any suggestions? I'm going to take it to a dealer and see what they can make out of it. I've been driving around for about a week with NO SOUND!!!! It's horrible!!!!!!! Need help FAST.

Yeah I tried the anti-theft code......still nothing. Usually, if you diconnect the battery or something, the head unit will prompt you for the anti-theft code. It's not doing that, or anything else.

i fucked up mine this week too...mines aftermarket though, but did you check ALL your fuses? Theres a fuse box under the hood (upper left corner) theres a 7.5 amp fuse in there (backup radio) thatll stop all power to the radio if its blown. Maybe you knew this, but thought i'd try anyway! GOOD LUCK!

Yeah I checked all those fuses under the hood. They were all fine. The car is at the dealer right now and hopefully they'll either have some insight or replace it under warranty. Hopefully they won't pull that "warranty is void since you have mods" BS. We'll see though.

Just got back from the dealer and it turns out that there WAS a fuse blown that for some reason I didn't see. So they replaced it free of charge and my HU is up and running again!!!! Now to install those Kicker SS 12"s and the Kenwood Amp. Wish me luck.
