Yeap, I emailed him shortly after I got out of class. Said he'd hook me up real nice with the rotors. The o2 sensor however, he said he has no suppliers on those as of now.

Thanks again!

Haha! I was on a 2 month hiatus from AZine all together because every time I come here, I make plans that I can't afford for the car. I work part time at a pool, I'm in high school, and I'm taking colledge dual credit courses at SAC. I just don't have time or money for her anymore.. Next summer will be a blast for sure though.

Other news, I put my spare tire back in.. lol. Thought I might need that..

o2sim.com has o2 simulators for a good price. Like $35 or so. You can a name brand one for over $100, but they all do the same stuff. The is300 guys use o2sim.com

Mauricio told me you told him that I said $150 for the rotors. I told him it was $140. So that should be what he's going to go by. I'm going to call again and make sure it wasn't more than $140.

Sooo I'm looking into a set of project wheels...16x7 +30 offset. I only need to put them on for the winter months, I have another set for summer. Exactly how terrible are these gonna sit? I'm at stock height now, but I'm ordering KSports in the next week or so, won't be on for a bit. Opinions other than I'm an idiot?

Ksports are extreeeeeeemely stiff, be prepared.

I was going to get them, but decided against it unless I move down to FL.

EDIT: I can't believe nobody liked my photoshopped vanity plate, that i'm getting in real life soon. (its on the previous page, look at it and laugh so i can feel better about myself.)

Agreed. Was stolen in from a lot across the street from where I work. Real busy shopping area. 9:45 in the morning.

Whoever did it had to have known about the car, cause he kept it pretty stealthy. Although, it's kinda hard to hide the intercooler...

Ohio people, keep an eye out for what it's worth.

Nah,
But I ended up just saying screw it and I just taped over the light bar, just as easy of a paint job... pretty much problem solved.

I got everything painted today, one problem, didn't come out too good... I even got the paint color matched to my body... I guess body work isn't my calling oh well.

I'm going to buff this bitch tomorrow and see if it won't shine a bit more, right now its looking a little too flat.

btw I even cleared one headlight today !

wetsanding is easy!

more torque.

Going to switch back over to amber corners, except the clip that the screw goes into (on the car, not the lamp) is broke and spinning so I can't get one of the lenses out. Bah. I hate how even simple things go wrong.

Werd. Unless you're going K24 block and K20 head, H22 is what works better. You gotta remember this isn't a light car, we need torque more than HP. if u can go with the K combo, be prepared to pay a VERY pretty penny for the motor, wiring, installation, etc.

3k is about average for a k20a2. anything else should be cheap like a k20a3. and dont go with the k20z or k24z engines just stick with k20a,k24a if you're gonna get the engine.

I'm so sick of people asking about k20 and k24 swaps in a CL, I'm about to buy a CL with a blown motor and do the swap myself, I have other plans, but someone needs to do it already

its tuned to 190/160 and people have been running mid 15's completely stock. without these crappy oem tires, i could possibily run 15.4ish give or take a hundredth of a second.
6-6 on the other hand......motor week ran a 13.9 with it.

Damn that 6 is pretty quick, but thats with a professional driver. The 4's sound similar to TSX's which i've had no problem whatsoever with, 6spd or auto. I wonder what the outcome would be.
