has anyone RE-painted ur bumpers ?

I haven't dont it on my CL, but from past experience, about $250 a bumper. maybe $400 for both. It costs a lot no matter what, due to the prep time and paint expenses. Yeah you can get a maaco paint job, but that will chip off within a month and probably wouldn't match. Go to someone well known in your area

maaco is not an option, I repainted mine myself, try searching if you want to know how much people hate maaco
Here's my account of when I did it

You're better off taking it to a body shop though, expect to pay about $300

I painted the rear bumper myself in 2004 and it was $240 all told. The acrylic lacquer interface coat was a mistake, that stuff was junk and I've gotten way more rock chips than before. I also remember the gloss was higher with the new paint and I had brought it down slightly with repeated use of 1500-2000 sandpaper. It's very difficult for even experts to successfully blend in new paint with the old, it's better to paint entire panels
