you better off buying the led bulbs
those look cheap and made of plastic
get led bulb on ebay for like 12-15 bucks each and are good quality you can find 5-9 led bulbs if you know where to look

i dont think u will be able to see the design which is kind of the whole point of the bulb because of our tailight not being the clear headlights with red reflectors like the ones shown in the pic.
