Thumbs up h23 vtec??? yeah !!!!!

About a month ago, my friend blew his jdm h22. some how he bent all exhaust valves, so he put a different head on his car and left his jdm head in the back room. Well i eventually convinced him to let me put it on ebay. Now i have changed my mind, i am going to keep because some other guy did the h22 sway in his h23 prelude and he left his h23 at the shop. So now i have a jdm h22 head, h23 complete motor so i am going to do the h23 vtec swap.... i have been doin some research and if i were to put the f22 rods on the h23 crank it will make it a stroker motor so i am going to attempt all this. i will do detailed pics and stuff.. this process will take me a while for the fact that i am married and i have very little money to my name, but i will keep every one posted. any body with extra parts PM me and see if we can make a deal or some thing

Sounds like a fun project, good luck with the stroker motor. We'll be expecting to hear progress reports, other than that, enjoy the ride will be a sweet project when you're done.
