H22A1 problems?

H22A1 problems?
I am in the process of putting an H22 in my CL and am having some problems with rewiring the ecu. has anyone encountered these problems? If so where could I find instructions on how to harness this. I am also converting auto to manual hyd. tranny and am wondering what kind of clutch I should get? 4put 6put 2100?

BTW, I only live about 1.5 hours from Fresno.....near BAKERS
