wrong, the H22 tranny is at 3200 crusing at 100 km/h. 120 is 4K.
Yea, there was an awd civic wagon. But i dont think i could use that drivetrain on my CL, wish i could lol.
If you're going H22, the F22 tranny will be a DOG for you. The gears are too long IMHO. My friend has an H23a with an F22 tranny in his accord, its quick but i leave him by like 2 cars cuz of the gearing. Cruising in 5th, at 65 i remember the rpm's being at like 3k or so, i haven't driven the car in like 2 weeks so i don't exactly remember. I don't think its too bad, considering the car revs to 8k. Either way, i'd still get an H22 tranny unless you're going turbo cuz turbo cars loooooove long gears so they can stay in boost.

Are you just taking a guess at this btw? Probably shouldn't take a guess if u don't actually know, or state that its just a guess lol.

with a 5th Gen tranny, lower. Don't know exact figure, but Honda made it a tad taller for better gas mileage.

You gotta pay to play bro. my H accelerates in 5th like my F used to accelerate in 3rd, and that was my money gear w/the F. If it was a huge issue, u could change the 5th gear out for a longer one.

With the F, 4th was the absolute minimum, 3rd got you to 4.5-5 k on the dash, giving some power. 5th is a joke.

I want the 5th gen then, more expensive i guess though?.. just since the cl is more luxury oriented (if you could call it 'luxury') ride quality is what im geared towards, so i want a tranny thats geared toward the same thing, literally.. and better milage is a plus

it's not gonna be noticeable enough. It's still a short geared tranny. Not like a 2.x CLs
