That's not a bad price if it's labor and installation included.

4300k is the perfect kelvin rating. anything above you actually lose output because it the color gets more blue, its more for looks than purpose

i totally agree..it makes the car look ten times better at night..i like not having prjectors as well due to the fact that the ligh shoots out all over the place. If im driving down a dark street i can see the trees above and whatever is to the left and right, plus of course directly in front.

So aside from building projectors, there are no projector kits for the CL. So if you are using HIDs, how does it look without projectors? I have NOKYA 7000K, 100W, Arctic White. I like the way they look. But HIDs are HHHHHHOT!

question about projectors...can you still use factory(9006) bulbs? or if you have a plug and play 9006 set up , can the projectors be 9006?

I just put them in, right after you got yours. Same here. I love the way they look, but can't see shit without my foglights, which are still oem bulbs.

HID's are very hot though, want to get them so bad.

HID's are definitly sweet. the vision difference is noticable but it attracts the wrong attention sometimes. i had HID's installed in my first gen and someone decided they wanted to steal them.. so they crowbar'ed my front end and popped my headlights out... which isn't the way they shoudl have done things.. ended up costing me $3000 to fix everything, with no HID's replaced.. insurance covered it, but still $200 out my pocket for the deductable, and out $400 for HID's.. dont' let my story stop you, just be aware of where you park.

I have HIDs (5000k) and I love them. I don't have projectors, and I will say that my beam pattern looks like crap. I'd much rather have projectors. Luckily I'm not blinding people - but its still embarrassing. I'm not interested in all the effort for doing the projectors, but I will say that they look so much better
