Guess what I got?

Finally! 2005 Subaru Legacy GT Limited

I was so nervous signing the paperwork. I was having second thoughts, but now that I own it it was by far the right decision. I am completely prepared to part with my cl now. I will miss it though.

Anyways the car is insane. 250ft tq at 3600rpms!!! Even babying it the thing lifts off the ground and takes off. i can only imagine what an sti is like. The throttle is very touchy becuase it is electronic. The only car I can compare it to from experience is my friends 04 bmw 325xi. I like the subaru better in everyway except the bmw's shifter was a little bit smoother, but since the legacy cost over 6k less it doesnt bother me one bit. I picked the car up for 27,300 and after everything 29,180. Not bad considering the sticker was almost 29,500 alone.

I had to post pics asap, but they do it no justice. the pearl white paint is amazing during the day and especially at dusk. i am so f'n happy right now.

peace

enjoy

Very Good Choice!

I test drove the GT wagon a few months ago and was very impressed with the linear power(nearly zero turbo lag). I was expecting wrx like quality, but the new legacy is several steps above.

Hey guys thanks for the support. As far as the LI meet I'll see if I can come. I got alot going on ending classes this semester and starting my internship with vh1.

as fas as mods ill be debading the rear except for the subaru symbol and legacy words, tints, and xenons ASAP. gonna get some piaa ion yellow h3 for the fogs also.

then i ultimately plan on turning it into this

as far as engine mods i want to keep it quiet. maype a new up and down pipe. the car is wicked fast already. ill mess with the suspension first before the engine.

peace

Nice body kit, but I'm not feeling those rims..........

Either way, CONGRATS man, I sat in one at the FL auto show, and loved it, everything feels so tight and ready.

its the same 2.5 motor in the sti just detuned a little.
250hp@6000rpm
250ft@3600 rpm!!!! <-----insane

car is supposed to run low 14s and 0-60 in low 5s

the car sits decently low already. i wont be slamming it. i cant have the girls not enjoying the ride.

no hids stock but it dont matter. they are a h7 setup and ill convert it with ease. this car has the brightest halogen setup i have seen. i cannot image what xenon d2s bulbs are going to look like.

you may be confusing them with the outbacks. they have the same style front ends and interior. they are just jacked like 3".
